1. Return Period

We offer a 3 day return window. You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unalterated.

  • The item must be in its original condition, complete with all original tags, labels, and original packaging attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation email, or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.

  • Jewelry and hair accessories.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure apparel.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Authorization: Once approved, we will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) details.

  3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all original tags.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong item was shipped, Jukarshfashion.com will cover all shipping costs for the return/replacement.

  • Standard Returns (Change of Mind / Fit Issues): Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank provider.

Note: Initial shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (e.g., a different size or color) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you prefer a direct exchange, please mention it when contacting our support team. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

8. Cancellation Policy
